Daniel has helped make Illinois a worldwide leader in fighting climate change and transitioning to a clean energy economy. As Vice Chair of the House Energy & Environment Committee, Daniel helped pass legislation that will make it easier for families to purchase electric vehicles and install solar panels on their homes. Daniel also co-sponsored landmark legislation that will end Illinois’ reliance on fossil fuels and make our state a magnet for the clean energy jobs that will drive the economy of the future.
